• Mentorship Models - How do we connect, train, and guide them to achieve the success they want?

• Communication Styles & Adaptability - How you say what you say makes a difference.  Say it wrong and the message is lost.  

• Panel Discussions & Practical Exercises - get some reps at communicating and interacting with the different generations to garner more understanding and prepartion for the real world.
